Due to the handmade nature of our soft plastic baits, slight variations in color, flake distribution, or shape may occur. These differences are normal and part of the uniqueness of each product.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your order arrives with a serious issue—such as severe damage, missing items, or a major defect that affects usability—please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We will review each case individually and may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.
Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for refund or replacement.
